A small Tappin sign by the staff door. Staff tap it with their phone or scan the QR code, and the clock opens. Their phone remembers them after the first time.
One tap to clock in
Clock in, start break, end break, clock out. Each tap is checked against your location, so nobody can clock in from the bus.
Approve and send
Each week you get a tidy timesheet with hours and breaks per person. Anything odd, like a missing clock-out, is flagged. Approve it, and it goes to your accountant.
